update talos.zip to include small config change for mobile

as per bug 653141, we need to set a preference in the mobile profile so that we can ignore the language selector for talos automation.
I have included a talos.zip:

this .zip was created with changeset: 1128691728d8.
Since this doesn't affect desktop talos and is just a pref change for mobile to enable a new feature, we don't need a reconfig.

pmm is updated, and bear's updating the foopies; no need to change the zip on build.m.o for mobile atm.
