In the "Customize My Sidebar" dialog, nothing happens when I click on OK, so I
cannot update the sidebar and its useless.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Removed a customized sidebar tab
2. Re-openning sidebar customiztion window (tabs list is blank now..)

Actual Results:  Sidebar becomes blank and I can't use the customization dialog
to add the tabs back.

Expected Results:  Show me the list of tabs, or at least let me add them again.
