Bug 662412 removed the often mentioned and while visiting snippets. They're a key piece of triage for users, so we'll need to re-enable this. Dave, can you
/me thinks this is easy in Elastic.

While this is disabled, I've checked in https://github.com/fwenzel/reporter/commit/bb08d1fcd4350ca939bc106c47bf724d021f64cd to prevent the Trends tab from appearing on the mobile site. When this is good to go again, we can take out that CSS and have glorious often mentioned and while visiting snippets again! :-)
