If a user has incompatible add-ons, increase the update nag time

Details
If we send an automatic update and a user has incompatible add-ons, they will get warned before downloading and installing. From conversations with users on twitter, they then get the nag every 24 hours, which is extremely annoying.
If true (haven't tested it myself), we should increase the time out to give the add-ons a chance to get compatible and annoy our users less.

How about increasing the nag time when the user declines the update instead?
how about not even offering an update (for the first week) if the user has incompatible addons? (in hope that a compatibility update might come soon).

The app update add-on compatibility check will be removed in bug 1262880
