Details

Since our Databases may evolve independently from one application, and since several applications can work with the same database, let's create a new repository where we keep the DB schema in the shape of SQL scripts.

This repository will become the place where:

- Ops backport changes made in production
- Devs modify the schema 

This will also let us use Mercurial tagging features to version the scripts.

I propose that the initial version of every Database is created by Ops with a dump of what's actually in production
there were no interest in this
