We need some images to make the arrow-button thingy effect for bug 660726, as seen here:
http://www.stephenhorlander.com/images/blog-posts/incontent-ui/win7-preferences-network.jpg

I was thinking of using border-image to create the effect. But that will require images for every possible combination of:
* Normal breadcrumb, current (de-pressed) breadcrumb
* Normal state, mouseover, mousedown
* First breadcrumb, middle breadcrumb, end breadcrumb, solitary breadcrumb (because of different endcaps)
* Windows, OSX

... which is a lot of images.

I'm assuming Linux will just use normal buttons, to ensure it fits in with the system theme.

A mouseover effect could potentially be done via opacity in CSS.

*Might* be able to get away with just the endcaps. Though it would be difficult and ugly, and doesn't seem to actually reduce the number of images needed.

Also, it'd be nice if the non-border parts were semi-transparent, so the page background can be partially seen.
Shorlander: Not sure if you saw, but SVG isn't going to work after all. So raster images it is.

Couple of extra notes:

The other buttons are the same as the navbar buttons in small-icon mode - except they don't have a drop shadow. There is a couple of other differences now that will be fixed in bug 646713 (I have the code, but its dependent on other patches). So they will be 24px high, and will have the same mouseover blue-glow that the navbar buttons have.

Not entirely sure if we still need these but these are the latest.
