Confifuration for tuffmail

They seem to offer a lot of nice features.

I don't have an account so untested.

It makes more sense to use port 443 for both the IMAP server and the SMTP server, because it will work through more firewalls.

This is not healthy, it will get very slow over time. We should use the TB defaults. Remove this.

Config looks good otherwise, but:

This must be tested before we can allow it in the DB. Please create a test account or (if pay only) email their support to get one.
