On the URL given, using nightly, I get 90% of a core used by WindowServer process, when this tab is shown, even if the video is paused.

I can't reproduce this.

I tested on OS X 10.6.7 with a recent trunk nightly
(firefox-2011-06-15-03-mozilla-central), with the latest version of
the Flash plugin (10.3.181.26).  I don't have any extensions.

Can you still reproduce this (with the latest Flash and a current
trunk nightly)?

If so, please try disabling your extensions one by one, and let us
know which one(s) is/are "guilty".  It might be the extension's fault,
or it might be some kind of bad interaction that we can try to
address.

Had a MAJOR problem last week - it appeared Aurora (10.0a2, can't remember date) crashed WindowServer - CPU usage of WindowServer generally between 50% and 140%, was unable to close windows & applications. System got corrupted & needed repair (could not boot), and have lost profile (100+ tabs in 5 windows, bookmarks, autocomplete...)

Will try to see if replicable on latest Aurora (10.0a2 2011-12-01 at time of writing with latest Flash)

Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
