66433 - Page titles not included in new bookmarks

Page titles are not saved as the bookmark name when making new bookmarks on any
recent (after moz .7 at least) build.  This is true whether one drags the URL to
sidebar bookmarks or to the Manage Bookmarks window.  Since Add Bookmarks is
useless (you don't know where your bookmark is going), I can't say whether page
titles are saved in the bookmarking method or not.

One would expect a bookmark to get the title of the page being bookmarked.  I
feel certain this was reported earlier but I can't find the bug now.

This is a fundamental issue, I feel.

Indeed, this is bug 29403 : "URL dragged into bookmarks window has url as
title". However this is marked as WORKSFORME, not sure why.
