Tests exist - see testKeyboard:testInternalComplete
What we need now is a fix.
This is a fairly narrow problem and the result is only marginally wrong, so it seems sensible to wait until bug 739947 is done for a fix.
Depends on: 739947
Summary: GCLI needs a test to check for mutating params with non-defaults after params with defaults → GCLI needs fixes for mutating params with non-defaults after params with defaults

This isn't a particularly useful bug to have on file.
It's esoteric, and we don't need to track it given the current level of investment in GCLI.
