This time, we did manage to avoid backing something out because the push happened to get a slave which was broken by having previously been canceled, by realizing that the build failures were due to busted slaves. This time.

Please, pretty please? I know I ask and ask and ask for more, but we're aiming this footgun at our tootsies and blowing them right off at least once a day now that we're all worried about infra load. mozilla-central's burning, since someone pushed crap and then killed their builds three hours ago, yesterday it was mozilla-inbound, tomorrow who knows. The very best net result is a loss, ten minutes of my time to fight with the clobberer, and then otherwise-unneeded clobbers for every build where we saved a tenth of a clobber by killing.

Started in on the long slow process of going back and forth between tbpl and clobberer, forgetting which build was that slave and then which slave was that build, to clobber the bustage from two cancelled pushes on UX, when I suddenly realized that I could make _my_ life better by just clobbering every slave for every build on the whole tree. This is no longer a problem for me :)
