When expanding a playlist in youtube, the youtube video will get on top of the playlist. I have given a sample URL, to show what I mean.

It also happens when some other user-related youtube bars push the video down in the direction of the playlist...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyMkLwSyOVQ&playnext=1&list=PL63F0C78739B09958
2. after page has loaded, you'll see a youtube bar below
3. click on the double upward pointing arrows (at the bottom-right).
4. decrease window size (by resizing), until the expanded playlist overlapses the video.

Actual Results:  
When expanding a playlist in youtube, the youtube video will get on top of the playlist. I have given a sample URL, to show what I mean.

Expected Results:  
The playlist should've gone on top instead of the video... Had no problem with that in chrome or IE.
