The print stylesheet was enacted within this PR:

Keeping this ticket open until post-launch where a more thorough check can be made, since documents will be migrated at that point.

In the mean time, any specific requests with relation to print CSS would be helpful.
Note to self:

Remove the following when printing:

1.  "Tags" and "Files" from TOC
2.  Remove section "Edit" links
3.  Remove top, site-wide messages
You guys read my mind. I submitted a bug about the same thing last week (bug 769792). Marking that as a dupe of this one.
