No regression on our side. We already failed to load ftp.mozilla.org in all those failure instances. No failure anymore since a couple of days. I would admit it was an issue with the server.

This failed again recently: http://hg.mozilla.org/qa/mozmill-tests/file/1bc78543a261/tests/functional/testLayout/testNavigateFTP.js
Looking at the code it uses ftp.mozilla.org, I can't see a service disruption on the 5th in http://status.mozilla.com/11627/143457/ftp.mozilla.org-(http)
Do we want to reopen and refactor it to use ftp://mozqa.com/?

Yep, would make a lot of sense.
