User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20110601 Firefox/4.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20110601 Firefox/4.0.1 When you open Firefox with a clean profile and try to open https://esk.sbrf.ru you get "sec_error_unknown_issuer". But if you open https://connect.raiffeisen.ru before Firefox will silently import "Thawte SGC CA - G2" cetrificate and after that you can easily open https://esk.sbrf.ru without any errors. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Just open https://esk.sbrf.ru with a clean firefox profile Actual Results: "sec_error_unknown_issuer" Expected Results: Without "sec_error_unknown_issuer"
The ssl chain is not complete. There is nothing that Firefox can do to fix this. The sever admin will need to correct this problem. http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=esk.sbrf.ru/
