Since Firefox 5 I can see this:
I deleted all my bookmarks on one computer and afterthat pluged in in my sync-account. Sync did sync all bookmarks but in wrong order.

yes still exist, even worse(using now Firefox 9). Deleted bookmarks, will not be deleted to the other computer

Martin: it would be helpful if we could see Sync logs to help diagnose this. See https://philikon.wordpress.com/2011/06/13/how-to-file-a-good-sync-bug/ for instructions on collecting the logs. You can upload logs to this bug or at http://pastebin.mozilla.org/.
The logs may contain your private data. If you are unwilling to share these with the whole world (through this bug), you can send them directly to me at gps@mozilla.com.
If you are unwilling to share your logs at all, you will need to provide explicit steps to reproduce that work on a fresh profile.
