I wonder whether we should save the containing block info in the reflow state and then have inner tables grab it from the outer table's reflow state....

Fixed by https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/48f19f8bc8ba which removed the asserts(2) on '== 10209-3.html 10209-3-ref.html'.
