From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; 0.7) Gecko/20010109 BuildID: 2001010901 On the Bugzilla search page, the mouse wheel scrolls the Operating Systems listbox rather than the page. Sometimes. Occasionally it'll scroll the page for a small number of pixels, then scroll the listbox again. It doesn't seem to coincide with running into the top or bottom of the listbox. Clicking elsewhere on the page doesn't seem to help. This also works on _this_ page http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html so I'm guessing it has more to do with the listbox form element than it has to do with the mouse wheel itself. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi , and try to use the mouse wheel to scroll the page. Actual Results: Sometimes the page scrolls a small amount, but most of the time the list box scrolls. Expected Results: The page should have scrolled if focus isn't explicitly set to the listbox.

This WFM on Linux build 20010123. Give control to the listbox and it scrolls else the mousewheel scrolls the page fine.
