(From Bug 666518) For future followup we can re-instate the optional nature here, but without specifically having "optional" files. And instead restrict the ability for the application to push the extensions to profile. Mardeg suggested an internal (implementation-detail) pref that we can set that will trick the app into thinking we already installed the extensions... That could be a solution, but I'm not taking this just yet.

DOMi is dead after 2.53.x
cZ and Lighting will be integrated or are already.
Leaves debugQA only shipped with betas.
Not worth it currently so lets close it.
