Steps to reproduce:

1.Start Browser.
2.Click on restore button down button to make browser re sizable.
3.Hold the bottom right corner and and reduce the size of the browser by dragging in towards both x and y axis.
4.check title bar buttons after making the browser smaller.
-See the Maximize, minimize and close buttons are hidden. 


Actual results:

Maximize, minimize and close buttons are hidden at title bar.


Expected results:

all title bar button should shown even at the minimal view level.
