With the rapid release train, Beta builds feature the same UA string as final versions now. Due to that, beta and final relnotes are the same, too (releases/seamonkey<version>/).

When I released 2.2b1, I erroneously changed the stable release relnotes link in addition to the beta release relnotes one. This would have been unlikely to happen if we had used template variables instead of hard-coded strings there. I'll fix it now, hopefully for good.
