Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv7l; rv:7.0a1) Gecko/20110624 Firefox/7.0a1 Fennec/7.0a1 Devices: Nexus S, Nexus One OS: 2.3.4 Currently when both selection handles touch each other they overlay each other. When selecting words in a paragraph or precisely a certain number of characters, the opposite selection (opposite to the currently selected) should advance in the direction of movement along the horizontal axis akin to what the stock android browser does when they both touch. See video of the behaviour in Android 2.3.4 stock browser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WG0-Zx41H1o

Aren't the selection handles secretly swapping in that video? In that case, it would be more or less the same as bug 667066.
