It's been there for a while. Let's refresh this graphically and linguistically. Since this is a small promo I'm including those two items in one.
See attached for current version.
Changes:
-new graphic
-new language: still keep it brief

Timing: would be nice to have within next 2 weeks, by 7/14.

Hmm, Ok. Assigning to Ty since he's done some mobile stuff recently. Ty, can you add some extra kick to this promo visually? Matej, can you drum up some new cool copy tweaks for us?

Actually, I was hoping to make this refresh for the Fx6 launch in Mid-August so there is less urgency. Also adding Jaclyn.

Tara - since that's the case for timing it would be great to have this by 8/1 - two more weeks to work on this - woohoo!

Some options for your perusing pleasure. Let me know what you think.
Keep the Web at Hand
Or in your pocket. Or bag. Or wherever.
Download Firefox for mobile
Mobile-ize the Web!
Get out there and take it with you.
Download Firefox for mobile
Take Your Web With You
Wherever you go, there it is.
Download Firefox for mobile
Hey Matej,
Thanks! Can we try something with highlighting a certain feature (customization, Sync) with the general message that Firefox does exist on mobile phones? Looking to convey the best parts of Firefox that's also available on mobile.
(Also, switching to "Firefox for Android" instead of "for mobile").

It's a pretty small space to work with, so I'm a bit concerned about fitting in a feature, what it does and the fact that it's on mobile. I also think that if we talk about a specific feature like Sync, but then prompt people to download Firefox for Android (rather than linking them to more information about that feature), it might be a little confusing.
But if you let me know which feature you'd like to highlight here, I can give it try. Thanks.

Just a general reminder that most people who come to this page don't even know we have a mobile product, so remember to keep this fairly high-level (perhaps the headline can be general, and then customization is used as the main value prop).

Based on comment 10, my vote would still be to keep this a general awareness promo about mobile. There's not really a lot of room to justify or explain *how* it's customizable. I've come up with a few options, I just think it's cleaner if the message is single minded. Let me know what you think of these:
Take Your Web With You
And customize it just the way you like.
Get Firefox for Android
Your Web, Anywhere
Make it your own, even on the go.
Get Firefox for Android
Mobile & Personal
Take the Web, make it your own.
Get Firefox for Android

+1 for not trying to do *too* much here.
What if the headline were something really direct like "Firefox is Mobile!" (or Goes Mobile, or whatever...something to address the lack of awareness issue)...then you could make the supporting text about whichever supporting point you thing is best (personally, I'd vote for a general message about browsing on the go, etc, etc).

How about mixing and matching:
Firefox is Mobile!
Make it your own, even on the go.

quick edit:
Firefox is mobile!
Make it your own, even on the go.

For the new image, can we do something with the Android logo and the phone? Or something that will make it stand out and connect the dots with Android

Yup, that works for me, but even though mobile is usually lowercase, it'll actually be uppercase here because it's in a headline.

We have that Android logo with the fox ears on it. Could we use that?

I like it - would it be too cluttered if it was next to a phone?

Hey Ty -
Can we get a graphic with the fox-eared Android logo with this copy:
Firefox is mobile!
Make it your own, even on the go.
Get Firefox for Android
Thanks!
