Need to fix pgbouncer config, init scripts: 1. figure out why init scripts won't stop pgbouncer and fix it 2. see if there's a way to make init scripts work for "reload" 3. copy configuration for master01 to master01 4. restart pgbouncer-web to support the new config
This is complete. However, it requires a restart of pgbouncer in production. As such, it needs to be scheduled, since the processors don't yet reconnect automatically. Leaving the bug open until we can restart production.
Restart of pgbouncer is scheduled for 2.1 deployment.
This is done, pending results check tommorrow AM.
