FWIW, we already have links like this on http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/security so I asked John Slater about adding links on other pages and he said he though it was a good idea and that I should file a bug.

LoMo - can this be done and released before Fx8? 

Chrissie - feel free to work with Steven on implementing this. I see the URLs above, but am not sure if dev needs any other guidance before it goes live. 

Verdi: we launch changes on a weekly cycle (see the WebDev calendar), any changes we don't get to get moved into the next week.
