We should add links to SUMO articles for more information where appropriate. Linked text are just suggestions - could use help with that.

FWIW, we already have links like this on http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/security so I asked John Slater about adding links on other pages and he said he though it was a good idea and that I should file a bug.

I don't think the /features page is the best place for SUMO articles, the FAQ might make a bit more sense (but that needs some more thinking too).

The main idea is that /mobile should be a place for people to get information about the product, with the goal of acquisition. After they downloaded, and need help or more information, then we would want to direct them to SUMO directly (includes search, navigation bar, etc).  SUMO is better used for "help" than "more info"

Hi Jaclyn,
I strongly disagree. These links work well and the sumo articles are highly rated. For example, on the security page the first learn how link goes to http://support.mozilla.com/kb/how-do-i-stop-websites-tracking-me which now gets about 27,000 visits a week and is found helpful by about 95% of the people who read it.

SUMO is great for solving problems but the majority of our articles are actually about how to use Firefox. For Firefox 6 we even did a major advertisement for Panorama which linked to http://support.mozilla.com/kb/what-are-tab-groups That article got 160,000 visits/week and was rated helpful about 93% of the time.
