I would like to have to ability for a 'user' to create a 'challenge' under an already defined 'project': 1. We (MozLabs) starts a 'Project' 2. A registered user can propose a 'Challenge/s' (and can edit - set time period - close - reopen them) 3. Other registered users can submit 'Ideas/Solutions' to the proposed 'Challenges' that are live 4. User profile show in their history what 'Challenges' they have submitted / entered etc.
