Assume multiple profiles have been created via Profile Creator/Manager

1. Launch Apprunner.exe

Results:

Apprunner loads without displaying a profile selector dialog.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: M7
That is the Profile Picker app we are planning on finishing in M7.

Fixed. Profile Manager kicks off on identifying multiple profiles. User can
select a profile from there and proceed.
