669856 - Change to "GMO" skin has completely broken Edit/History/etc links.

I've tested this in Aurora, Nightly, Chrome, and Safari -- changes introduced to the wiki skin in the last 12 or so hours have made the Edit and other links in the top banner break.  I am currently unable to edit pages in the wiki using the default skin.

Please revert any changes that were made since yesterday ASAP.

Apparently "#header h1 { z-index: 1 }" in screen.css is to blame.

I have temporarily fixed this by adding:

  #header h1 {z-index: auto;}

To GMO.css

  https://wiki.mozilla.org/MediaWiki:Gmo.css

I'll revert that out when this is fixed.

Please, please ensure you test changes to wiki.mo carefully before deploying.
