Details

Once bugs 611032, 609890 and 612658 land we will have cached errors and messages that show when the Web Console opens up. One problem we now need to address is: all messages show the time stamp of when the user opens the Web Console, which is wrong. We should have the real time stamp for each of the cached messages.
This is already fixed by the patch from bug 611032. (not sure if "resolved, duplicate of" is correct here)
