We got away with leaving them at 4.3.3 until TraceInference merged, but now there's permaorange on the Linux64 warnaserror build from a GCC 4.3.3 bug, so we need to update http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/file/5998154615cf/scripts/spidermonkey_builds/spidermonkey.sh#l69 to be 4.5.
