1. go to https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/770638#answer-212361
2. scroll down to post a reply
3. click on the number list 
4. click on the bullet list
5. click on the number list

Expected: in step 4 and 5, they should be on a new line each
Actual: they are still on the same line.

This is still the case with any reply to a question listed in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions or to a support forum thread, such as at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/709489.   The button would be more useful if it automatically started a new line.  

This might be a good first bug for someone who wants to improve Marky, looking at https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/ and /kitsune/sumo/static/js/markup.js.
