Instead of generating a bit for bit identical source tarball for XULRunner we should just copy and rename the Firefox one. This will involve making a new type of Builder that's dependent on the existing "source" builder.

Hardlinks would be better - it'd prevent the possibility of 404's if a link goes stale for whatever reason. This might tie into bug 807289, which is about using some sort of link to speed up pushing to mirrors.
