67130 - When a Draft is sent it should be removed from Drafts folder

I don't find any reason to retain the draft message in Drafts folder after 
sending it. I am not sure whether it is implemeted like this or it is a bug.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double click on a message in a Drafts folder belonging to POP mail account
2.It will open a compose window with selected message contents included
3.Send this message by clicking Send button on the Mail Tool bar.

Actual Results:  Message is sent and the selected Message is retained in Drafts 
folder

Expected Results:  I expect the sent messge to be deleted from Drafts folder as 
4X does.

May be this behaviour is needed for Templates folder where in we create mail 
templates and we need mail template every time we compose a message of that 
particular kind..
