Couldn't Find section in French for an article related to desktop and mobile
The SUMO team is going to start properly tagging kb documents. We need to update the localizable tag strings after that (`./manage.py dump_topics`).

We should probably go ahead and do this now. We may need to redo once the taxonomy changes happen.
