Bug #635179 will have added a UI for the 'browser.zoom.siteSpecific' preference.
Need to document this in the Help.

In bug 635179 I proposed a slight change of wording and Ian seemed to agree. Whatever will be the final version there, this needs to match it.

I'd prefer "if" instead of "when". The latter also works in general but may imply a temporal connotation which is not given here.
