The mozilla-2.0 nightlies, aka Firefox 4, are built against l10n-central, and thus, break. They should build against http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-2.0/

FF4.0 was EOL'd when we shipped FF5.0, so we should just disable these nightly builds. Adding this to https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=Firefox/Planning/EOL for tracking.
After we disable these nightlies, for any users still on these FF4.0 nightlies, we should do custom updates to update them to a supported build on mozilla-aurora.
