There should be some way to add/delete important global dates (such as a new FF release, etc) that get added to all metrics graphs. This will help contributors relate changes in helpfulness with important events as well as revisions.

Please add steps to verify or mark as [qa-], thanks
1. Admin panel -> Important Date
2. Add a date (i.e. March 22, 2011 with text Firefox 4 Release)
3. Go to any article's history page, view the helpfulness graph, and make sure that marker shows up.

Also, the Revision markers should now be simple circles with R in it and show info on hover.
Verified Important dates can be added and displayed on the helpfulness chart.
