Modern skin Search -> Search Bookmarks/History Selecting the first item in either of the drop-downs in this window is slightly slower than selecting any other item. (Watch how long it takes the text to update after you release the mouse button on each item.) When I first noticed this bug, selecting any item was fairly slow, but now (even with the same builds) everything's a bit faster. I still notice an extra delay for selecting the first item, though.

I used to notice this problem too, long ago. I think xul cleanup in this window recently must have fixed the problem.
