This might be a regression from bug 661388, don't know. I filed this originally as 'a second part of the bug' problem in bug 673037, but Mark Finkle suggested to file a new bug for it. Steps to reproduce: - Long tap on the text inside the iframe. Notice how you're not getting to see any selection handles (that's bug 673037) - Tap on the url bar, the awesome bar opens. - Press the Android 'back' button Notice how you're not able to get back to the web page in question, you're staying in the awesome bar.
If you go into the preferences screen, you can't get out. This seems a lot like Bug 667517.

Yeah, looks similar to that bug. I can see this bug in Aurora too, so asking for tracking-firefox?.

This is fixed in today's build on the LG Optimus Black. So I guess also fixed by bug 673037.

Verified fixed following the steps from description on nightly:Mozilla /5.0 (Android;Linux armv7l;rv:9.0a1) Gecko/20110831 Firefox/9.0a1 Fennec/9.0a1 and on aurora: Mozilla /5.0 (Android;Linux armv7l;rv:8.0a2) Gecko/20110831 Firefox/8.0a2 Fennec/8.0a2 Device: LG Optimus 2X
