Steps to reproduce:

I opened http://www.flashanimation.com/flash3content.html
Then after that plugin-container.exe process loaded which I saw in Windows Task Manager's Processes tab.

After that I closed the flashanimation.com website and there was no site opened in my browser just a blank tab


Actual results:

I experienced that plugin-container.exe process was still loaded and it was there under Task Manager which means that it is still running.


Expected results:

However, when I closed the website and opened just a blank tab, the plugin-container process must also close and free up the memory.
