Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Install the arabic plugin from: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-linux-l10n/linux-i686/xpi/
3. Go to about:firstrun
Expected result:
about:firstrun page is displayed properly, without errors.
Actual result:
After step 3, about:firstrun content is replaced with an error. Please see the attached screenshot.

It looks like the arabic locale does not support the firstrun strings. This makes sense because you are using the nightly version of arabic with the beta version of Fennec. You must use the right version of the locale.
We removed all "firstrun" features from Nightly, but Beta still has the code.
