Works for me on Android 2.3 with the latest beta. I see a different theme though (darker buttons with less rounded edges). I don't have the infrastructure to take a screenshot for now (I think I need to install the Android SDK) so you'll have to take my word for this.
I suggest to leave it as is, since the text remain readable and the meaning of the buttons is clear. In my understanding, as people migrate to Android 2.3 and greater, this problem will probably go away by itself.

ok. marking as Won't Fix, based on your statement and having tested on nightly, I see that the buttons are rearranged.
