When browsing to a story on msnbc.com there is a bottom bar of actions (ie. Share on facebook, share on twitter). When you scroll this should stay on the bottom of the page (as it does for firefox desktop), however it floats up to the middle of the screen and hangs for a moment before dropping again to the bottom.
I assume this is a position:fixed bug and therefore a dupe of bug 607417
Yes, that bottom bar is a position:fixed div (checked with the dom inspector). So duping against bug 607417, but please check again once that bug is fixed.
