No, this doesn't seem to be fixed.  The actual pull down triangle isn't actually
placed on the button, like the Print's button has it.

No, you can keep this one open, it does need more owrk.
I'm also noticing that the height of the primary toolbar jumps as soon as you
switch to mailnews -- it becomes noticably taller.  Not sure yet if this is
related to the mark button.
Changing summary to reflect more general problems.  The way spacing is currently
arranged using margins is causing not only the mark button weirdness, but some
unnecessary rules in messenger and editor to compensate.  I have a fix that will
clean this up quite a bit, and affect all menubutton-dual toolbars.
