tabbrowser/tabmail: Inconsistent placement of tab close button (left/right of alltabs button)

STR:
1)Open a browser window and look at the tab close button -- it's positioned to the right of the alltabs button.
2) Open a mailNews window and look at the tab close button -- it's positioned to the left of the alltabs button.
Not sure what to pick here, but it would be nice if we could be consistent here (I'm slightly leaning towards the tabbrowser style, but that could be just because I'm more used to tabbrowser). There could be technical reasons behind the placement of the buttons that I don't know of, though.

Probably because Mnyromyr based his tabmail on Thunderbird and I based the tabbrowser scrollable tabs on Firefox. My long term plan is to consolidate the tabmail and tabbrowser bindings as much as possible and to follow the tabbrowser paradigm. Mnyromyr might disagree with me though.
