I have got a few hundreds of IE favourites, but Mozilla 0.7 only import the first 70 or so (just over one screenful - I have about 3 screenful of them).
hin-tak.leung@idl-bt.com, can you check whether the item just after the last one that Mozilla imports contains ".." or ends with "."? If so, please mark this bug as a duplicate of bug 53152.

Verifying as a duplicate based on e-mail from reporter. (Btw, removing or renaming the favorite with "..." in its name will allow Mozilla to show that item and other under it.)
