Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the build from 7/27
2. go to bookmarks

Expected results:
Bookmarks are in english

Actual results:
Bookmarks appear in Russian

Not seeing this. Perhaps your OS language was set to русский for testing and the profile was created with русский from 07/26?

Confirm your Android OS language, uninstall 07/27, reinstall 07/26 and download the 07/27 Nightly update again.

I didn't changed the phone's language settings lately and I tried also on HTC Desire Z and Motorola Droid 2. Have you tried with new profile? not updating it.
