Bug 431826 spun off the certificate error strings into a separate error page. However the old strings still linger on in Firefox's override of netError.dtd, where they were masking bug 671466.

I don't claim to know what the right way to override only the strings that Firefox wants to override is.
Any thoughts from Development on this bug?

It's all horrible and we're fixing it, maybe, in a few years. Not sure we need this bug, though.
