675403 - Status popup shows unescaped text for a link when url bar doesn't after following the link

BUILD: Current nightly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1)  Load http://www.w3.org/2001/08/iri-test/LinkShow.html
2)  Hover over the first link

ACTUAL RESULTS: status popup shows "http://www.w3.org/People/Dürst"

EXPECTED RESULTS: Possibly show "http://www.w3.org/People/D%FCrst"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Following the link would show "http://www.w3.org/People/D%FCrst" in the URL bar, if it weren't for the redirects the server does in this case.  This is mentioned in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-iri/2011Jul/0102.html

My personal opinion is that we should probably be consistent when unescaping in the status popup and the url bar....
